 My friend has recommended me to buy Lunette and I bought few months ago and it is really life changing and useful for us as women. You can swim, go to sauna when you have your "days" and of course very handy to use just as tampon. Have a lovely day girls!

 Hotel Nikko Düsseldorf is not luxury palace but very nice city hotel with everything what you need. Sauna and swimming pool and small gym area on the 9th floor which has beautiful view over Düsseldorf. 

It locates in "Little Tokyo" and near to the city center, huge luxury shopping street "Kö".
